'Bloem, Zweet & Tranen' is one of the 41 hand painted sculptures created for the Heart Work Heroes project. The sculptures are scattered through Rotterdam as a large scale open air exhibition. 'Bloem, Zweet & Tranen' is located in the Koopgoot. Eventually the sculptures will be auctioned and the proceeds will be used to motivate young adults to choose a career in heath care.
